Shipping policy

All Items will be shipped to buyer's Paypal confirmed Address.
We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the shipping address. Please make sure your PayPal address is up-to-date.

Due to the possibility of knitted products requiring custom production, in cases where items are in stock, the goods will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received(except Saturday and Sunday). However, if they are custom-made, the shipping time will need to be extended.

If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We will track the shipment and get back to you in 24-48h with a reply(except Saturday and Sunday).
